How it works
It’s easy. If you booked through www.airmalta.com or bought your ticket through our Call Centre or Sales Office, you will receive an email 7 days prior departure to enable you to bid for an upgrade. If you purchased your ticket through a different channel or you did not receive an email to place a bid, you can bid through Manage my booking.
Step 1
Enter your bid for each sector and follow the instructions from the website.
As soon as we receive your bid, you will get an email confirmation from us.
Step 2
You can change or withdraw your bid at any time up to 24 hours before the planned departure subject that your bid is not already approved.
Step 3
Latest, 22 hours before the planned departure time we will inform you by email whether your bid has been successful or not.
If your bid is successful, your bid amount will be debited to your indicated credit card. We will then send you a new e-ticket for your flight.
If your bid is not accepted, the ticket you originally hold will remain valid and unchanged. There will be no additional costs or charges for you and your credit card will not be debited.
If you have made a bid and after made changes to your booking, you will have to re- submit a new bid for upgrade. Your existing bid will no longer be eligible for an upgrade.
Looking forward to hosting you in our unique Air Malta Business Class.
