Flight KM613 Rome to Malta - 26th January 2023
UPDATE: KM613 from Rome to Malta has departed Rome at 1440hrs with an expected time of arrival in Malta International Airport at 1610hrs.
Air Malta wishes to advise that flight KM612 operating from Malta to Rome, today Thursday 26th January 2023, encountered a bird strike during its final descent into Rome airport.
The aircraft is subsequently undergoing precautionary technical and safety checks before the operation of the return flight KM613 from Rome to Malta which was scheduled to depart from Rome airport at 1010hrs.
Air Malta would like to inform its customers that a delay should be expected, the airline is doing its utmost to operate the flight as soon as possible.
