Passengers are kindly requested to wear a medical face mask on board the aircraft.

As from 1st January 2022, passengers are required to register electronically on https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de and upload their vaccine or recovery certificates as applicable. Passengers uploading their vaccine or recovery certificates will avoid quarantine from the moment of transmission. Transit passengers via Germany to other destinations are exempt from the obligation to register. Proof of registration must be kept by passengers at all times and presented on request to the airline (to be allowed boarding) or the competent authority.

Passengers under the age of 6 or those who present a recovery or a vaccine certificate are exempt from any pre-departure test requirement. Those who are not exempt need to present a negative

  • PCR/POC-PCR test result within 48 hours before time of or planned time of departure; or
  • Antigen test result 48 hours before entry

The above also applies to transit passengers via Germany to other destinations. Other exemptions to the test requirement may apply under national law.
