France Covid19 Forms & Information

Passengers under the age of 12 and those presenting a proof of vaccine or a vaccine certificate are exempt from any pre-departure test requirements. The vaccine needs to be EMA approved. Passengers who are not exempt are required to present a negative PCR or a rapid antigen test result taken within 24 hours prior departure. If you have previously contracted COVID-19, instead of a negative test result you may present a certificate of recovery dated more than 11 days and less than 6 months prior to the date of arrival. A certificate of recovery is a document issued to persons who have contracted COVID-19, upon presentation of a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test.

Passengers are required to fill in the EU digital Passenger Locator Form or in case of technical issues a sworn declaration which can be downloaded from the Interior Ministry’s website
