Switzerland Covid19 Forms & Information

This form must be completed by each person entering Switzerland. In the case of children and persons under guardianship, the form may be completed by the person with whom they are travelling or by a legal guardian.

Passengers under the age of 16, those who present a vaccine or recovery certificate and those exempt from testing on medical grounds do not require any pre-departure test.

Other passengers are required to present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior arrival or an antigen test taken within 24 hours prior departure. A further test 4-7 days after entry is required.

No test or entry form is required for:

  • Cross border commuters
  • Professional drivers
  • People transiting without stopping
  • People entering from border regions

Quarantine measures do not apply for travel to Switzerland from Malta.
