The €19 service fee (YR tax) is non-refundable on all fare families including Business Class bookings. Any Carrier Imposed Surcharge (YQ) is also considered as non-refundable. This charge is sometimes applicable when booking flights on other carriers.

In all refund requests, the bank account holder has to be one of the passengers. If it doesn’t match, you must include a copy of your passport and a signed authorization letter (in English) to your online refund request.

If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent you need to contact your travel agent or the third party to arrange a refund. For tickets bought from an airline other than Air Malta, please contact the concerning third party.

All ancillary products purchased including but not limited to, excess baggage, sports equipment, seats, priority boarding, fast track and bundles, are not refundable.
