Flight Updates: 8th September - Italy Strike Action

Air Malta regrets to inform that due to a nationwide 24-hour strike by airport ground staff and baggage handlers in Italy, there has been a change to the departure time of the following flights:

KM624 from Malta to Milan Linate will now depart at 15.30hrs on Friday 8th September.

KM625 from Milan Linate to Malta will now depart at 18.40hrs on Friday 8th September.­

Airport check-in will close 45 minutes prior to the new time of departure. 

Please note that there is no need to contact us as you have already been confirmed on your revised itinerary unless your new flight does not meet with your requirements. If you have any queries, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 00356 21662211, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 20:00 CET and from Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 - 18:00 CET.

If you wish to opt for a refund and have booked your flight directly through an Air Malta channel, we ask you to contact our team on [email protected]. You are requested to include your Air Malta reservation code in all communication, so one of our team members to be able to assist you accordingly. If your flight was booked from a travel agent, kindly ask them to submit a refund request on your behalf.
