Should there be any additional collection due, one of our agents will reach out to you to settle payment.
Please note that you can only exchange your vouchers into flights BEFORE their expiration date. If your voucher has expired, we will be unable to exchange it.
If you are in possession of a refundable Covid-19 voucher (Options 3 or 5) and you do not intend to make use of it prior to the expiry, you can request a full refund of the remaining unused value. We can accept refunds of these vouchers one month prior to their expiry date.
Option 1 and Option 2 vouchers are non-refundable.
Due to the large volume of requests, our response time might be longer than usual. We are handling requests in order of date received to minimise your waiting time. Funds will be credited to the original form of payment.
