By using Air Malta’s online Check-in facility, you are signifying your acceptance of the following Web Check-in Terms and Conditions:
- You must be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified on your boarding card.
- If you are carrying baggage which needs to be checked-in, please proceed to the check-in counter for the flight or any other counter designated for passengers who have used Web Check-in.
- Air Malta cannot delay its flights for passengers arriving late and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases.
- Air Malta will cancel the seat assigned to you and booked through our online check-in facility, if:
- you fail to arrive at the boarding gate in time;
- you do not hold valid travel documents, including visa clearance to the final destination and any transit stops , if applicable;
- In the event that the designated aircraft operating a particular flight is changed with another aircraft with different seating configuration, Air Malta reserves the right to change the seats booked by the passenger through the Online Check-in Facility. Air Malta may also change the seat selected by the passenger, for security and regulatory reasons.
However Air Malta will do its best in accommodating the passenger to a seating as close as possible to that booked online.
- You are subject to document check at the boarding gate.
- You comply with our Baggage Policies. Air Malta reserves the right to refuse acceptance of baggage if not in conformity with our Baggage Policies. You may access these by using the links below :
- To use Air Malta’s Web Check-in, please ensure that:
- You hold a confirmed reservation and are in possession of an e-ticket for a scheduled flight operated by Air Malta;
- Web Check-in is possible as early as 23 hours up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time;
- You are travelling on a route on which Air Malta currently provides Web Check-in service;
- The passenger is not a child travelling alone;
- You do not require additional assistance.
- If you are flying from Malta and have already checked-in online, and for some reason you have to cancel your booking, please contact the Duty Officer on tel. 2369 6479 so that you are removed from the flight passenger checked-in list
Technical Conditions
In order to ensure your positive experience when using Air Malta’s Web Check-in, please note the following technical conditions:
- You have disabled pop-up blocking;
- You have enabled SSL, Cookies and Javascript on your browser;
- You are using a new generation internet browser;
- You are using a new generation Acrobat Reader in order to print your web boarding pass.
