KMANAGER AWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The KManager Account Administrator or Secondary Contact can initiate Award claims and authorise redemption of the KManager KMiles. Award requests are to be emailed to email address and confirmed through a Confirm Award Faxback note on 00356 22999389.
   
   
2. Awards can be claimed only once the sufficient KMiles threshold is reached in the KManager account.
   
   
3. All Award tickets are to be issued from Air Malta Sales offices only.
   
   
4. Any changes to the award bookings or tickets are to be done directly with the Flypass Service Desk. In the case of ticket change, a rebooking fee of Lm30 per change will be applied.
   
   
5. KManager KMiles and Awards cannot be combined with, or added to, the personal Flypass KMiles and Awards, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other scheme or promotional offer.
   
   
6. All award levels are for a free return ticket excluding passenger taxes, duties, fees, charges and surcharges, which will be charged to and payable by each passenger. The amount of these is subject to change.
   
   
7. Award flight bookings should be made as from 45 days prior departure but not less than 7 days from date of departure. Any bookings made less than 7 days prior the commencement of travel will incur a Lm30 late processing fee.
   
   
8. If an Award ticket is cancelled the KMiles will be redeposited into the KManager account for an administration fee of Lm30.
   
   
9. Outbound travel on Award flights must be completed within 1 month of the departure date.
   
   
10. Seats are allocated for Flypass and KManager awards on each Air Malta flight. However the number of seats available varies by season and day of the week. It may be possible that the Award Seat allocation is fully booked when there is availability in other booking classes.
